Reiki Energy healing sessions can be conducted over long distances (distance reiki) or in-person in the office. Energy is manipulated, facilitated and moved around during these sometimes intense healing sessions. Be prepared by wearing loose clothing and drinking lots of fresh, clear water before & after your session to move the misaligned energy out.
